Jours Blancs · White Days

Les Jours Blancs (الأيام البيض) sont les 13^e, 14^e et 15^e jours de chaque mois du calendrier hijri. Ils tirent leur nom du fait que leurs nuits sont illuminées par la pleine lune.

Jeûner ces trois jours chaque mois est une Sunna établie du Prophète ﷺ. Le Cheikh Ibn Baz (رحمه الله) a dit :

«Les Jours Blancs sont le 13, le 14 et le 15 du mois hijri. Jeûner trois jours par mois est une Sunna, et les meilleurs de ces trois jours sont les Jours Blancs.»

The White Days (الأيام البيض) are the 13th, 14th and 15th of every month in the Hijri calendar. They are called "white" because their nights are illuminated by the full moon.

Fasting these three days each month is an established Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ. Sheikh Ibn Baz (رحمه الله) stated:

"The White Days are the 13th, 14th and 15th of the month. Fasting three days each month is Sunnah, and the best of those three days are the White Days."

الأيام البيض هي اليوم الثالث عشر والرابع عشر والخامس عشر من كل شهر هجري. سُمِّيت بيضاء لأن ليلها مضاء بضوء القمر ونهارها بضوء الشمس.

صيام هذه الأيام الثلاثة من كل شهر سُنَّة ثابتة عن النبي ﷺ. قال الشيخ ابن باز رحمه الله:

«أيام البيض هي الثالث عشر والرابع عشر والخامس عشر من الشهر، وصيام ثلاثة أيام من كل شهر سنة، وأفضلها أيام البيض.»
